Festival Menu

A special festival menu will be offered again for your enjoyment, prompted by last year’s success. And of course Portuguese cuisine will this time be the perfect match for the programme of Laus Polyphoniae, both of them equally bursting with Mediterranean sounds and flavours! The festival menu will be served on the following days between 6 and 8 p.m. at the foyer of AMUZ:

24 August:
sauté chicken piri piri (chicken with a spicy mixture of vegetables and potatoes) OR fish stew from the Algarve

25 August:
Arroz de Marisco (cod and scampi with risotto) OR Espetada (grilled beef skewer with potatoes from the oven)

26 August:
Cataplana (chicken stew with rice and Mediterranean vegetables) OR Bacalhau Portuguesa (oven dish of cod with vegetables)

27 August:
sauté chicken piri piri (chicken with a spicy mixture of vegetables and potatoes) OR Arroz de Marisco (cod and scampi with risotto).
