Rates and discounts
Ticket prices are to be found in the concert details. AMUZ always accommodates its audience in numbered seats, unless stated otherwise. There are usually two catgories for seat accommodation by number. Both categories have discount rates for -25/65+, BIG-pass, teacher’s card, Davidsfonds Culture card and groups from 10 persons on. For -19 a ticket costs only €5. Students of the Antwerp higher education system can use a culture cheque.

Loyalty is rewarded!
If in one go you buy tickets for more than
€150, you are entitled to a 5 % discount.
€300, you are entitled to a 10 % discount.
€450, you are entitled to a 15 % discount.
€600, you are entitled to a 20 % discount.
€750, you are entitled to a 25 % discount.
These discounts apply to all concerts of the AMUZ season 2011-2012, unless stated otherwise on the order form that you will find at the bottom of this page or in the seasonal brochure. The reduction also applies when buying several tickets in one go for family, group or school purposes. Courses, workshops, brunches and other activities are not subsumed under the discount system. Discounts cannot be accumulated.

Booking fee
AMUZ charges €2 extra for booking one or more tickets. This fee is not included in the ticket prices mentioned. There are no booking fees when purchasing tickets at the AMUZ box office without prior reservation.

Sold out and standby
For sold out performances you are welcome to present yourself for the waiting list, starting one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, and exclusively at the box office. The waiting list does not guarantee a seat for the performance.

Ticket refund
Under no circumstances will paid tickets be reimbursed. This also applies to tickets that have not been used. Tickets can be exchanged until one day before the concert in question. Exchanges are possible only during the normal opening hours of the ticket desk: MON-FR 12 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lost tickets
In the event of ticket loss, duplicates can be obtained at the box office of AMUZ from one hour before the beginning of the concert. The person who bought the tickets must give evidence of identity before receiving the duplicates.
