At the desk of AMUZ
On Tuesday and Thursday from 13:00 to 16.00., and from one hour prior to the beginning of the concert in question. At the desk of AMUZ payment in cash or by ATM, VISA or Master Card is possible.

Booking and mailing costs
AMUZ charges € 2 extra for booking one or more tickets. This fee is not included in the ticket prices mentioned. It does not apply to tickets bought from the ticket desk without prior reservation. If you wish to receive the tickets by post, we will charge a € 1 postage fee. You can also print out e-tickets yourself at no charge.
Sold out and standby
For sold out performances you are welcome to present yourself for the waiting list, starting one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, and exclusively at the box office. The waiting list does not guarantee a seat for the performance.
Tickets can be exchanged until seven days before the concert for which they were bought. This entails a transaction fee of € 2 per ticket. Exchanges are possible only during the regular opening hours of the ticket desk: Tuesday and Thursday from 13:00 to 16.00. Refunds are excluded, also for tickets that have not been used. Season tickets cannot be exchanged. If you exchange tickets bought as part of a season ticket, you cannot reuse your season discount. The new tickets will be charged at the standard price.
In the event of ticket loss, duplicates can be obtained at the box office of AMUZ from one hour before the beginning of the concert. The person who bought the tickets must give evidence of identity before receiving the duplicates.
