Patrizia Bovi, Fadia el Hage & Françoise Atlan

Three women sing traditional devotional music from their own cultural background. Italian soprano Patrizia Bovi will draw from the repertoire of the Christian Middle Ages. One of her associates will be Fadia el Hage, wo counts among the very few singers with an adequate command of both classical Western and (Middle) Eastern singing techniques. The programme includes medieval laude, Sufi music and Sephardic songs.

This concert will be the closing function of the exhibition on holy places and holy books which takes place at the MAS | Museum aan de stroom and the Heritage Library Hendrik Conscience.
